WORSE OFF THEN ME

13

I’m having a bad day and things aren’t going right
I have so many bills and moneys so tight
And I have to be somewhere that I don’t want to be
But guess what, there’s a million people worse off then me

I’m not feeling real well and I have a small pain
I want to go to the beach but it’s starting to rain
I’m running late and I’m like a cat up a tree
But guess what, there’s a million people worse off then me

My car won’t start and I’ve had a fight with my spouse
I’ve lost my wallet and the keys to my house
It’s been a long day and I’m late home for tea
But guess what, there’s a million people worse off then me

I went shopping and someone stole the park that was mine
And I get to the checkout and there’s a massive big line
I’ve had a fight with a friend and we just can’t agree
But guess what, there’s a million people worse off then me

So it’s time I stopped whinging and be grateful for things
And appreciate life and all that it brings
And when I’m naive or too blind to see
I will remember, there’s a million people worse off then me
